Confidence

Confidence comes when we learn to accept ourselves as we are. How often do you praise yourself for some of the things you have achieved? So often these things get forgotten and we British are brought up to believe that we should not boast. But praising yourself (and others) is not boasting!

We all achieve so much more than we sometimes realise. Even something small can have a profound affect on our confidence if we let our light shine. So often we concentrate on the negatives in life instead of the positives and our flame goes out. Why not re-light that flame?

Make a list of all the things you have achieved over your lifetime and you may surprise yourself. Take some time to do this and even if you don't shout to others about this, just know within yourself so that you can grow into a more confident person. Having an inner-knowing is a wonderful feeling which you will radiate out to others.
