Cathy Flynn says, ‘Astrology offers fascinating insights into who we are and why we are who we are. We are all born with a particular set of tools built into our characters and personalities, which we can use to build our lives’. During the workshop Cathy will explain why this information is extremely useful to help us better understand ourselves and those around us.
Wendy Dashwood-Quick is a Personal Development and Executive Coach and founder of Resolution Coaching. With the use of some new techniques, Wendy helps her clients work more effectively, regain their self confidence and clarify their life purpose. Through her studies and work as a Coach, she has documented much of her expertise, turning it into a book called "Discover Yourself On the Yellow Brick Road – 7 Core Principles of Career Success". Wendy will be talking about her book and will give a short demonstration of one of the techniques she specialises in – EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
