Everyone should have one

A Mastermind group is what I highly recommend. Last night a group of my friends and clients came and we brainstormed something I have been trying to work on for ages myself.

What an evening. They grilled me, complimented me and gave me ideas which I can use because the feedback meant such a lot to me.

Sometimes we try to do everything ourselves and so many people want to help but often we just don't like to ask. We should because it works. All ideas pooled together are powerful.

So this is something I shall be doing on a regular basis and if you are not a member of a Mastermind group why not set one up. It's so beneficial to all involved.

Next month we will do it for someone else in the group and so it goes on. I should have done this years ago ....but never to late to learn new tricks
